Adventure Acres Foundation Partnership – Art & Ecology Signage

We’re exploring a pilot project in partnership with Adventure Acres Foundation to bring art, ecology, and community together through interactive signage along the Fremont County Trail System.

Phase 1: 60-Day Concept Exploration

Overview

    • Engage the public with art + environmental education.

    • Develop interactive, eye-catching signage

    • Ensure sustainability, durability, and wildlife safety

  • Week 1 – Kickoff & Brainstorming
    Virtual meeting to review goals, answer questions, and align on creative direction.

    Weeks 1–4 – Concept Submission Window
    Participants submit:

    • Rough sketches

    • Concept ideas

    • Collaborative notes

    • Initial material thoughts and budget estimates

    Weeks 5–6 – Review & Consolidation
    Art For Our Parks reviews submissions, consolidates top concepts, and prepares a rough budget framework.

    Weeks 7–8 – Final Package Delivery
    Compiled concept package delivered to Adventure Acres Foundation to support grant and sponsorship applications.

    Pause & Reassess
    If funding is not secured, the project pauses until new funding opportunities are identified.

    • Keep concepts rough and exploratory

    • Share collaborative feedback respectfully

    • No finalized build work until funding is confirmed

    • Respect the 60-day timeline

    • Review and organize submissions

    • Prepare and submit grant applications

    • Present and pitch project to Fremont County trails

    • Communicate updates with contributors
