Del Angel Garage Metal Art

Meet Enrique! A self-taught metal artist who transforms discarded cars, motorcycle, and industrial parts into breathtaking sculptures.

About the Artist

Enrique Del Angel is a self-taught metal artist whose journey began in February 2023 with a heartfelt creation, a metal heart made for his wife. That singular piece sparked widespread interest after it was shared on social media, launching his unexpected but passionate career in art.

Enrique works with discarded car, motorcycle, and bicycle parts, believing deeply in the power of recycling, upcycling, and repurposing metal. His creations are not only a tribute to sustainability but also to individuality, each sculpture distinct and personal.

In just over two years, Enrique’s work has been featured in museums, art galleries, local television, and regional magazines. His art has found homes across the United States and internationally in England, Germany, the South of France, Italy, Australia, and Uruguay.

"I don't claim to know what art is, but I can tell you how it feels. It feels like the liberation of the mind, the language of the heart, and the fulfillment of the soul."
~ Enrique Del Angel

From Metal to Meaning

There are three things I hold dear to my heart and that is helping children, veterans, and the environment and so I look for organizations and donate my metal art for their fundraising efforts. I strongly believe that Arts for our Parks lines up well with my endeavours, passions and therefore, I would love to join the cause.

Where to Find His Work

Based in Texas, Enrique’s sculptures are on display at The Art Lounge in South Padre Island, RTown Gallery in Grapevine, and Mi Vida Loca Gallery in Corpus Christi. His pieces have also been exhibited at the Weslaco Museum and at local markets throughout the region.
